As City View Hotel is located in East London you'll only be 5 minutes away from the Museum of Childhood and close to the Whitechapel Art Gallery. You can visit Lee Hurst's Backyard Comedy Club nearby, or dine out at any of Brick lane's Indian restaurants, trendy bars and nightclubs. You should also go to the famous Spitalfields Market and the Columbia Flower Market, which are close by. As you'll be opposite Bethnal Green Tube Station, London's West End, museums, theatres, galleries and nightlife are really easy to get to!

Basic but comfortable London accommodation, rooms not cleaned for the 6 days we stayed. Towels could be a little bigger and thicker. Staff generally friendly and informative. Too many stairs to lug suitcases up need dumb waiter or similar. Location great, everything needed right on the doorstep. Breakfast good

Would book City View Hotel London again. My partner and I stayed here as were attending a two day festival in London, I live near London so don't normally stay over. I was not expecting very much from this hotel due to the cheap price for the location but was very impressed and would stay here again. There was a fridge in our which was an added bonus. The bathroom had a few marks on the bath but overall was extremley clean and I am picky when it comes to bathrooms. If you are looking for a 5 star experience you won't find it here but if you are looking for a place to crash its perfect It it located oppisite Bethnal Green tube and has a mini Sainsburys next door. Breakfast was good it got us set up for the day. If you want a full English Breakfast there is also a cafe next door. The walls could do with a wash and also there is a train track behind the hotel and they were loud which woke me up in the morning (remember trains in overground London go every 10 minutes

Rooms at the City View Hotel London are basic they could use updating and staff were pleasant and helpful. Breakfasts were good! It's location is excellent with the underground virtually at the front door, a laundromat across the street, small supermarket a few doors down and several pubs nearby serving a variety of meals

Convenient location, clean facilities but poor service. Breakfast was basic and not to our taste.

Me and my wife found City View Hotel London room very nice with facilities you needed. The noise from the trains and cars were a little bit disturbing because you had to open the windows because of the heat. A good advice for you is to include the AC in the room price. Should not be an extra expense. Breakfast absolutely ok even though there were no ham for the egg
