We enjoyed our stay at California Hotel London. Everyone on the staff were so helpful and went out of their way to make our stay so very enjoyable. The location is perfect for the underground and the key railway stations

Myself and 4 friends stayed here at the weekend in the basement 6 sleeper room. I have to say we was very surprised! What a hidden little gem California hotel is! Great find on TravelStay. We were very happy with the room, lovely and clean and spacious and decorated to a very high standard (if We wanted to be picky, the only thing we would fault would be the shower screen type door on the bathroom!) but that's about it. Staff were friendly, breakfast was gorgeous! Woud definitely book California hotel again.

California Hotel is a little gem just a stones throw away from King Cross station and the tube. We were welcomed by very pleasant staff who were helpful and friendly. We were in a family room in the basement which sleapt six. Four single beds and one double all of which were very comfortable. Although the room slept six we were not cramped at all as the room was a very good size with ensuite which was of high standard. Cleanliness was exceptional being of a very high standard throughout. We all had a lovely hot English breakfast which was buffet style and there were cereal,yogurt,fruit and cheese with plenty of tea, coffee and juice. We had a lovely stay here and would definitely return when next in London :)

I had a very pleasant stay here. The staff were very friendly and helpful too. Ideal base near Kings Cross for exploring London. Will definately visit again
