The Berjaya Eden Park Hotel is a traditional English hotel in a great central location. The staff were friendly and rooms nice and clean

I chose the hotel for its convenient location near to Bayswater station and it was indeed a good location. Condition of the room was less than expected, but still ok for a 3* hotel. What's horrible for my husband and I was the squeaky noises of the wooden floor accompanied with footstep sounds from the ceiling, as we were given a room in the basement. We couldn't sleep properly as a result and were not well rested. Water from the showerhead was pathetic too

Have lived in Cheshire for 11 years, and stay at Eden Park on Bayswater as a central place... Good service. Clean makes it a worthwhile stay...
